- Bespoke cards using your photos are the usual price of the medium, large and tall cards.
- Bespoke cards made to your specifications - for example if you have a favourite flower and we don't currently have it in our collection, we can design a card for you - £3.00
- Packs of cards are at varying prices depending on how many in each pack.
Tote bags - £10.00 with a free key-ring chosen at random from our collection.

What are your postage rates?
- P&P for single cards and greeting card pack orders are free if the card is to be posted to an address in the UK.
- If you choose our special Christmas service where we make the cards, add your message on the insert and post your cards to the intended recipients, there will be a p&p charge for each of the cards posted separately.
- P&P for Notebooks is £2.00 for the first book, plus £1.20 for each subsequent book in the same order, as these are delivered 1st class and are heavy to post.
- P&P for Tote bags is £1.50
- P&P for the Calendar is £0.50
- P&P for the gift bags is £0.75
- P&P for the Pocket Garden is £1.80
- P&P for the Bee Good candle is £3.70 due to he heaviness of the terracotta pot.
- P&P for the handbags is free if posted to an address in the UK
Post and Packaging includes first class post by Royal Mail. I always get a certificate of posting. If the value of your order is over £36.00 I will send by recorded delivery.
Can I place an order outside of the UK?
Nita Joy Craft Design would be happy to post an order to wherever you live or to another country for you. If you would like to contact me first regarding charges please feel free to send me an email with your enquiry.
We have set up a handling charge to be added to orders if you don't live in the UK.
Delivery may take longer than the usual 10 working days.
If you have a specific date that you wish your order to be delivered by, please contact first to see if we are able to do this.
For international Deliveries
We have to add a handling fee to cover post and packing, which will be added to your order.
If you wish to place a large order of greeting cards, please contact me first to arrange p&p costs.
We can only post greeting cards abroad.
Our art prints are also available for delivery world wide.
Can you personalise the card?
Yes. The front of the card can be left blank or have a message included.
For single cards we have added some with wording and some without. Most of our cards have options with various occasions to choose from. If you would like your message added to the front of the card and / or on the insert, please email me with your details and what you would like added to the card after purchase.
If you don't require a message on the inside of the card, it will be left blank and without an insert.
If there is an occasion that you would like the card for that isn't listed in the options list, please add the card with no words into the cart and let me know what you would like.
Customers have particularly enjoyed having the recipient's name included within the message.
We can also provide you with a bespoke greeting card, made by your specifications, the price of £3.00 reflects the extra work and costs involved as we may need to buy plants in for a photo shoot etc...
Please contact me if you have any further questions. If you would like the message in a language other than English - please give me the message in English as well as the chosen language. Please consider the length of the message so it can fit properly.
Can you send the card directly for me to the recipient?
We can offer a special service whereby we will send your chosen card directly to the intended recipient.
If you would like to use this service, please let me know their name and full address, details of any wording you would like to be included on the front and on the insert.
- Please let me know if there is a specific date the card needs to be posted by.
- There is no added extra cost for this service unless you choose our special Christmas card service for your Christmas card packs.
- The usual card price will be as stated.
How are the cards/gifts dispatched?
Cards will be presented in a poly bag to protect them and will be dispatched in an envelope or padded bag. Gifts will be posted in a poly bag or a suitably sized padded bag or box to protect the contents as much as possible.We try to reuse packaging when we are able to.
Cards sent directly to the intended recipient we will not include a polybag.
I use first class post and I always get a certificate of posting.
If there is a postal strike which looks like there will be one, please order as soon as you can.
How can I place an order?
Payment is through PayPal. If you don't have an account with them, you can still pay through this service. I have chosen them so that payments can be made securely for you.

What will you do with my contact details?
Your personal details will only be used for the purpose of the ordering and delivery system. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
We neither collect nor have access to any 'sensitive personal data' as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998.
It's important that the information that you give to us is correct so that we can process your order efficiently.
We will never sell your details to a third party.

How quickly can you process my order?
As all orders are made individually, the process and delivery should be within 10 working days. You should receive your order within a couple of days, but please allow up to 10 days depending on the size of your order. I will contact you after your order to let you know. If you need something urgently please contact me before placing an order. All orders will be posted by first class post and I always get a certificate of posting.
If you don't live in the UK or you would like to send a card overseas from the UK, it may take longer than the usual 7-10 days. Please make your order as soon as you can and contact me to check if we can deliver the card in time.
If there is a postal strike within the postal system you will need to bear this in mind. Please look at my terms and conditions.
What is your refund policy?

Christmas Cards.
The last guaranteed First Class Recorded Delivery posting date is the 20th of December so in order for me to fulfil Christmas orders the last date that I will accept orders to guarantee delivery before Christmas will be midnight on the 16th of December.
If it is a large order please consider giving me the order as soon as possible. Please contact me before hand through the contact form, if your order is large and near the last order date. For orders not needed before Christmas then orders can still be placed at any time normal terms and conditions apply.
